The writer of the Collection Mr. Lu Bi is expert in both literature and history, and is particularly learned in geography. Not only did he make annotations on Chen Shou's History of T hree Kingdoms, he also made commentaries on Pei Songzhi's Notes on History of T hree Kingdoms, leaving out redundancies, correcting mistakes, and bringing out one new opinion after another.
